Breakfast included and good value, only two options to choose from though...
Staff very young noisy and uninterested...only one person spoke very basic English.Room size ok but not very clean, our window was facing a dining area which was noisy at night and early morning, had to close all the windows to be able to sleep. The beach was full of rubbish and the resort didn't have anywhere to sit down and relax near by.Location is far from main area and unless you want to hang at the fisherman's village, you'll need a transport.

Room clean and comfortable
Only one staff member could speak English - the bar and restaurant area are usually empty as he hotel is a long way from the main strip - this also means hardly anyone knows where it is (it is often confused by taxi drivers with the Golden Sands Resort - but mainly it was very overpriced compared to other hotels.

Resort has lots of potential, in a quiet location and with a decent beach with calm waves (unusual for Mui Ne).
Lots of staff, but very amateur / non-professional, sometimes rude. The resort is focused on tours and groups and individuals / couples won't feel welcome. Food is poor and overpriced. Location is not great, too far from the action (and we had a bike!) Changed to a far nicer place after a couple of days (Sunrise Village Resort). Won't be coming back here!

The beach is dirty. The hotel is remote from all the restaurants and activities. The staff is very poorly trained and on top the manager tried to rip us off some money because of a dirty handtowell (sand!) that he even didn't try to wash
